We understand that there are times when you need to throw out some paint, ceramic glaze, or any type of liquid other than water (H20) or consumable liquids. DO NOT PLACE THESE PROHIBITED LIQUIDS IN THE DUMPSTER. OR TRY TO PLACE PROHIBITED ITEMS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DUMPSTER IN AN ATTEMPT TO HIDE IT FROM US. The prohibited items can be considered hazardous material to our local landfills, and the state of Ohio which can incur hefty fees, fines, and legal liability. Customers will be charged $150 for each prohibited item that is placed in the container if found by Cheers 2 Trash LLC. personnel. If discovered by any landfill faciltity the customer with be held liable for all charged $150 of each item plus pay any fees, fines, and take legal responsibility with any private entity or government agency. Remember we are hauling YOUR property to the landfill, and you are responsible for its contents. So, let's help each other and be honest. place the paint or liquid off to the side, NOT IN THE DUMPSTER, and call us and we'll work with you to figure out a solution.
If you have paint or an equivalent that you want us to haul away, TELL US and we will make a separate pick up for junk removal.

If you have tires that you want hauled away please DO NOT PLACE THEM IN THE DUMPSTER WITHOUT SPEAKING TO US. Legally we can only haul 10 tires at a time, so we ask, that you tell us and we will schedule a junk removal service due to tires needing to have to be transported to a separate facility for disposal, Which is a separate charge and not included in the rental agreement. If Cheers 2 trash LLC personnel are not notified of the tires they will be removed if we're still on the job site the items will be tossed out of the container. If the tires are discovered while at the landfill the customer will be charged $150 per unapproved tire.

Do not place chemicals or flammable liquids into the dumpsters. These items are not accepted at the local landfill facilities. Please let Cheers 2 Trash personnel know of the chemicals or flammable liquids and we can arrange a separate junk removal service. Any chemicals or flammable liquids found shall incur a $150 charge per item.
The counties of Delaware and Franklin have dedicated disposal sites other than their landfills that accept chemicals and flammable liquids.
NO BRICK, CONCRETE, OR DIRT
Our 15 yard containers are built to hold household and/or construction debris. Please do not place brick, concrete, or dirt inside of the dumpster. If you have large amounts of brick, cedar block, concrete, or paver stones let us know and we can haul it away separately in phases.

No appliances larger than a standard kitchen microwave is allowed in the dumpster. If you have any refrigerators, stoves, water heaters, A/C units, etc. we can schedule a separate junk removal pickup.
